They consistently fail to deliver on time. What’s worse, they mark the order as delivered in the system even when it hasn’t arrived, which is incredibly frustrating. We’ve had to call the shop multiple times to follow up on our orders. This has happened more than once, so it’s clearly not a one-off issue.
Very poor time management and lack of transparency.
Would not recommend. Disappointed every time.

I ordered a pizza at 9pm and since no sign of deliveries, after a few calls, I went to the shop to cancel the order at 10.30pm and then they couldn't cancel the order, they wanted me to accept the delivery and cancel after that. Manager on leave, irresponsible staff, burnt pizza and horrible customer service. Avoid

In my opinion, probably the best takeout pizza in Carrigaline. Friendly enough staff, and orders always ready on time with pizzas hot and not greasy like other places.

Absolute disgrace of an outlet the only one that I have had bad experiences with 3 times now and it will be the last time I ever use again, was told delivery would be 40mins 2 hours later food turned up and was cold. I called 4 times for an update to be told he will be there any minute with our food.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, AVOID THIS BRANCH OF APACHE
