⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed Customer

They consistently fail to deliver on time. What’s worse, they mark the order as delivered in the system even when it hasn’t arrived, which is incredibly frustrating. We’ve had to call the shop multiple times to follow up on our orders. This has happened more than once, so it’s clearly not a one-off issue.
Very poor time management and lack of transparency.
Would not recommend. Disappointed every time.

I ordered a pizza at 9pm and since no sign of deliveries, after a few calls, I went to the shop to cancel the order at 10.30pm and then they couldn't cancel the order, they wanted me to accept the delivery and cancel after that. Manager on leave, irresponsible staff, burnt pizza and horrible customer service. Avoid

I ordered two chips cheese and garlic it took 1hour and 45mins after being told a hour with no warning of delay i also ordered extra garlic mayo it came with the normal amount and very dry it came Luke warm. This has ruined my day
